Rite Aid Updates Payment Processing In-Store and Online

Rite Aid is updating its payment processor and security solutions covering more than 2,400 stores nationwide as well as its e-commerce site.

The retail pharmacy giant selected Bank of America Merchant Services to bring together payment, e-commerce and security solutions to help it optimize its digital commerce and improve the customer’s purchase journey.

“We look forward to working with Bank of America Merchant Services for our payment processing needs,” said Matt Schroeder, chief financial officer, Rite Aid. “In addition to payment processing they are providing us with Advanced Smart Routing, which will help Rite Aid with efficiency and effectiveness of PIN transactions.”
