Asos has said it has committed itself to overhauling it business model after it plunged to an operating loss of almost £10 million for the year.
Shares of the fast-fashion giant are down 80% this year, prompting new CEO José Antonio Ramos Calamonte to outlay a plan to turn fortunes around.
Asos said Calamonte needed to address international operations, improve its supply chain, refresh its culture and find a way to re-engage its 20-something customers.
