Zara to begin charging for online returns

Zara has started charging customers to return products they have purchased online.

Since the beginning of May, Zara customers have been charged £1.95 to return items, with the fee deducted from their total refund, according to The Industry.Fashion.

However, items bought in-store can still be returned free of charge, to shops in the same region.
