Community and Customer Journeys: Inside Brands’ Strategies on Threads

Threads, Meta’s highly publicized “Twitter killer,” has seen dwindling engagement rates over the past few weeks. But that hasn’t stopped brands of all sizes and across categories from building out their presence on the app.

Daily active user count was down 82% from launch as of July 31, according to Sensor Tower, with just eight million users tapping into the app every day. This is a stark comparison to when daily active users peaked at roughly 44 million.
