Technology and social media have flipped some traditional employee roles. Now, several companies are following in the footsteps of Target’s reverse mentoring, where veteran employees are learning from millennials.
While some of the teachings come from learning the latest skills, others are rooted in the company’s idea of collapsing traditional hierarchy and listening to the fresh perspectives and ideas that younger employees often bring to the table.
