Someday retail stores will open again. Before stores will be permitted to be reopen, there must be a clear process in place to keep Americans safe. We will need access to rapid and widely available Coronavirus testing and a measured approach to slowly opening stores. Certainly, we will face restrictions that incorporate effective social distancing measures. The number of consumers inside a store will be restricted, face masks will need to be worn and we must be ready to expect that stores may be closed abruptly if Coronavirus cases increase.
