Drone delivery units in the US will have jumped 54 per cent by the end of the 2021, but are set to grow exponentially over the next two years.
According to data from Insider Intelligence, the US will have 24,000 active delivery drone units by the end of the year, up from just 16,000 in 2020.
This is set to rise by 65 per cent to 40,000 next year, and a further 76 per cent to 70,000 by the end of 2023.
