Amazon, ASOS, Next and Zalando have all dropped fast fashion brand Boohoo from their websites today, following allegations of “slave labour” at the UK company’s factories.
Last week, a Sunday Times investigation claimed workers in Leicester’s Jaswal Fashions factory—a key part of Boohoo’s supply chain—were getting paid just £3.50 ($4.38) an hour to make clothes for the company.
The National Living Wage in the UK is currently £8.72 ($10.92) per hour.
