Walmart has acquired virtual try-on start-up Zeekit as it ramps up its digital offering and seeks to provide an “inspiring and personalized digital experience” for customers.
The US’ largest physical retailer announced in a blogpost this week that it has acquired the Isreal-based tech firm.
Zeekit’s technology, Walmart customers will be able to virtually try on items from both Walmart’s own clothing brands alongside third-party brands sold instore, including Levi’s and Free People.
