Price still drives online purchases

Price continues to trump all other factors in determining where consumers buy online: 87% of consumers in a recent survey cited price as “very” or “extremely” influential.

The findings come from the 2016 BigCommerce State of Omnichannel Retail Study, which the e-commerce platform vendor fielded in March among 1,000 U.S. adult consumers who had placed at least one online order in the preceding six months.
