Forever 21 is revamping both its front-end and back-end systems, unifying its POS solution across the chain as well as its peripherals and store technology.
The fashion retailer announced that is has selected Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions to provide the retail with wall-to-wall client services and equipment for their corporate stores in 16 countries.
The agreement makes Toshiba the single point of contact for all POS systems, peripherals and OEM front and back office retail store technology at Forever 21. The multi-year deal also includes the procurement of Toshiba’s TCxTM 300 systems and peripherals as well as the procurement, support and standardization of other store technology including networking equipment.
